By using drgyanendrasharma.in (the "Website") or booking a consultation with Dr. Gyanendra Sharma, you agree to the following terms.

1. Nature of Services

We provide Vedic astrology consultations (Kundli analysis, marriage consultation, business astrology, muhurat and related guidance) and digital publications (eBooks). All guidance is based on classical Jyotish principles applied to the birth details you provide.

2. Booking and Payment

Consultations are booked via WhatsApp (+91 90588 34744). A booking is confirmed once payment is received via Razorpay, UPI or bank transfer and a consultation slot is mutually agreed. Prices listed on the Website are per consultation and may be revised from time to time.

3. Accuracy of Information Provided by You

Astrological analysis depends entirely on the accuracy of the birth details you provide. We are not responsible for interpretations affected by incorrect date, time or place of birth supplied by the client.

4. Rescheduling and Cancellation

You may reschedule a confirmed consultation up to 12 hours before the appointed time at no charge. If payment has been made and you cancel before the consultation begins, the amount may be adjusted toward a future consultation. Once a consultation has been delivered, fees are non-refundable.

5. eBook Purchases

eBooks are digital products. Payment is made securely via Razorpay; the PDF is delivered as an instant download and/or on WhatsApp/email after payment confirmation. Owing to their instant-delivery digital nature, eBook purchases are non-refundable once the file has been delivered. eBooks are licensed for personal use only and may not be resold, redistributed or republished.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this Website — text, articles, eBooks, design and imagery — is the intellectual property of Dr. Gyanendra Sharma unless otherwise stated. Brief quotations with credit and a link are welcome; wholesale reproduction is not permitted.

7. Guidance, Not Guarantee

Astrological consultation offers guidance and perspective based on Jyotish Shastra. Outcomes in life depend on many factors including personal effort and free will. No specific material outcome is promised or guaranteed. Please also read our Disclaimer.

8. Respectful Conduct

We maintain a respectful, dignified consultation environment and expect the same from clients. We reserve the right to decline or discontinue service in cases of abusive behaviour, with a fair refund of any undelivered portion.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability in connection with any consultation or purchase is limited to the amount paid for that consultation or purchase.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Uttar Pradesh, India.
