The Website itself does not require account creation and does not collect or store payment card details — payments are processed securely by Razorpay, or made directly via UPI / bank transfer.

2. How We Use Your Information

Your information is used solely to: prepare and deliver your Kundli analysis and consultation; deliver purchased eBooks; respond to your queries; and, only if you have opted in, inform you about new articles or offerings. We do not use your data for third-party advertising.

Your personal information — name, contact details, birth details (date, time, place of birth) and everything discussed during a consultation — is treated as strictly confidential. Consultation records are retained only as long as needed to serve you (for example, for follow-up sessions) and are protected with reasonable technical and organisational safeguards. Communication over WhatsApp is protected by WhatsApp's own end-to-end encryption.

The Website may use minimal, privacy-respecting analytics to understand overall visitor trends (such as page views). It stores a small flag in your browser's local storage to avoid showing you the same popup twice. No advertising trackers are used.

9. No Refund Policy

All payments made for consultations and eBooks are final.
